Advantage Travel Partnership Conference 2024
We were delighted to travel to Mexico to be in attendance at this year’s ATP Conference, connecting with others and discussing ways to continue supporting our valued clients. Read below to hear what Tyrone Francis, our Head of Operations, had to say…
We were delighted to travel to Mexico for the Advantage Travel Partnership conference held in the vibrant city of Cancun.
This conference provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow travel professionals and suppliers, allowing us to discuss the evolving landscape of the travel industry and the importance of staying current with the latest trends.
Everyone was talking about AI and technology and how we could benefit from it. The industry is changing rapidly due to advancements in AI and technology, but this doesn’t mean the travel agent is going to disappear. With the help of technology and AI, we would be able to better service our clients and speed up the booking process. There were very exciting new systems out there, which, in time, we at Easy Avenues planned to learn more about and see how we could benefit from them.
Additionally, it was invaluable to meet some of our suppliers face-to-face. Building these strong relationships in the industry is key to our success, and this conference gave us the perfect platform to strengthen these ties.
Overall, the conference in Cancun was a highly productive and insightful experience. It reinforced the importance of embracing technological advancements while maintaining the personal touch that defines our industry.
