Where this occurs, we will rely on the authority of the person making the travel booking to act on behalf of any other traveller on the said booking.

We process the booking providing the necessary personal information to the third party (air/hotel supplier) to complete and confirm the travel booking. For example if you book a flight with us we would use your personal information/preferences to enable your flight to be booked by disclosing this information to the airline to enable the airline to provide the flight service to you.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties as set out above. Where we say disclosed this includes providing the information verbally or in writing to perform the travel service.

We may provide your personal information to certain overseas parties to ensure any such international travel bookings can be executed. To include and not limited to flights, hotels, transfers. These providers will receive your personal information in the country in which the services to you or in which their business is based.
